A fundamental change of the topic after work has begun is considered a new order. In this case, the work already performed will be billed based on the original effort, and a new quote for the new text will be created.

To ensure planning security for our authors, we require a deposit of 30% of the estimated total amount before work begins.

The exclusive usage rights to the texts are transferred to the customer only after full payment of the invoice amount. Until then, the copyrights remain with the respective authors of Basongoelyx.
