1. Compliance Status

The website basongoelyx.click is currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines. We are continuously working to make all areas of the site fully accessible. Because we utilize a lean, performance-optimized architecture without external frameworks, we can implement accessibility adjustments directly into the core HTML and CSS code.

2. Implemented Measures

To enhance usability for all visitors, we have implemented the following technical standards:

  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are reachable via the Tab key. Focus indicators are clearly visible to guide the user.
  • Semantic HTML: We maintain a strict heading hierarchy (h1-h6) and use ARIA labels for complex components such as the mobile navigation menu.
  • Contrast: Our OKLCH color palette was specifically selected to meet contrast requirements between text and background elements.
  • Reduced Motion: Through CSS media queries, the animation of the circular SVG badge is disabled if the user has "Reduce Motion" enabled in their operating system settings.
  • Alternative Text: All functional images include descriptive alt-text to provide context for screen reader users.

Despite our efforts, some limitations may occur in the following areas:

  • Some complex pricing tables in the Services overview may require horizontal scrolling on very small screens, which can complicate navigation for some screen reader configurations.
  • Certain editorial layout elements are designed for visual aesthetics and do not provide additional information beyond the written text.
