To process inquiries efficiently, we utilize the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Consequently, data entered into our contact forms is transferred to servers located in the USA.

As the USA is not considered to have an adequate level of data protection by EU standards, this transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses. We ensure the provider uses the data solely for forwarding it to us. Further details on consent can be found in our Cookie Policy.

4. Hosting and Infrastructure

5. Storage Periods and Deletion

Editorial drafts and working materials are archived for a period of 12 months following the completion of the project and subsequently deleted, unless a longer retention period is legally mandated.

The consent key for data usage (stored in localStorage under the key bsng-consent) is valid for 180 days.
